Are you a leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're seeking an experienced Concierge Team Leader to join our team and lead the way in providing world-class experiences for our guests.

As a Concierge Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the concierge team to deliver outstanding customer service. This will involve overseeing daily operations, including scheduling and task delegation, welcoming guests and providing a warm and professional first impression of our hotel.

You will also be responsible for managing luggage handling and valet parking services, offering detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions, and promoting and explaining our loyalty program to guests.

Additionally, you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance area, handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Job Description:
  • Lead and motivate the concierge team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk, including scheduling and task delegation
  • Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression of our hotel
  • Manage luggage handling and valet parking services
  • Offer detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and tourism activities
  • Promote and explain our loyalty program to guests
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Concierge Team Leader or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. They will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and outstanding customer service orientation.
