Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Atlassian. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building sales pipeline and ensuring a delightful customer experience.
This is a remote position, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about starting their sales career or looking to transition their skills into the software sales industry.
Key Responsibilities- Meet setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity metrics.
- Navigate objections through value-driven messaging.
- Write relevant emails and video prospecting to drive value for our customers.
- Build the pipeline in partnership with Sales and Success Account Teams.
- Experience: Previous SDR experience is not required.
- Accountability: You are the highest performer in everything that you do.
- Communication: Clear, intentional, and curious.
- Continued Learning: You have clear goals and daily routines that help you achieve them.
- Integrity: You excel in achievement and enjoy being a top name on the leaderboard.
