Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill our Project Coordinator position. This role involves managing various aspects of our operations, including supplier and contract management, monitoring deliveries and accounts, and ensuring projects remain on track.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts, purchasing, and supplier negotiations
  • Coordinate materials, resources, schedules, and deliveries to maintain project timelines
  • Oversee accounts: invoicing, purchase orders, payables/receivables, supplier accounts, and debtor follow-up
  • Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and monthly summaries
  • Maintain compliance records (insurance, registrations, licences)
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in project coordination, contracts administration, or a similar role (construction, engineering, or equipment hire experience is beneficial)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to ERP/CRM systems is an asset
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A commercial mindset - confident in contracts, accounts, and supplier dealings
