We are seeking a motivated and organized Factory Sorter to join our operations team at a leading recycling facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Empty pallets and container bins, and ensure all stock is returned to its correct place.
  • Check loads are secure, stack empty pallets, and move goods packed on pallets or crates around the facility.
  • Assist with the unloading and reloading of local trucks, loading of export containers and semi-trailers, and operation of shredding and bailing equipment.
  • Inspect quality of incoming and outgoing materials and report any non-compliance to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Current forklift licence preferred.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work autonomously and independently, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with good time management and attention to detail.
