Job Description

This role is a pivotal position in shaping the organizational culture and driving growth and development within our team. The individual will work closely with the Talent & Culture Manager to support our positive inclusive culture and ensure that all people-related initiatives and strategies are successfully achieved.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Talent & Culture team to ensure Hotel goals and KPIs are accomplished.
  • Promoting a collaborative environment through open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun interactions.
  • Inspiring and empowering teams to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, including Employee Satisfaction Surveys, team activities, team member feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
  • Developing and implementing training, career development programs, and succession planning.
