Our organization is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Program Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the successful development and implementation of our Braking the Cycle program at PCYC Nerang.
Braking the Cycle (BTC) is a driver mentor program designed to provide young people with increased employment opportunities and driver education. The aim of the program is to support learner drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours.

Your New Role
You will be responsible for building effective networks and developing partnerships with community organizations to ensure the continuity of the BTC program and improve youth development. Additionally, you will support the Youth Club Manager in daily operational management of the club and provide referrals for program participants to relevant community organizations.
About You
- Minimum Diploma of youth work or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in social and community programs
- Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteers
- Demonstrated experience working with people of all ages and physical attributes
- Current driver's licence
