Excursion Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Excursion Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys cultural exchange, events, and traveling.

Your Role:

As an Excursion Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and leading groups of international students on various activities, events, and day trips. You will create a lively atmosphere during excursions, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with colleagues to discuss how to improve future activities, events, ceremonies, and day trips.
  • Ensure that our behavioural code is always followed by all students and inform management immediately if there are any issues or problems.
  • Assist with other duties as requested by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Motivated, energetic, and positive with a sociable and outgoing personality.
  • Confident in leading and managing groups of students.
  • Highly organized and thorough, able to use initiative and work independently.
