A unique opportunity for a skilled professional to support our team in delivering infrastructure projects across Queensland.
You will be working closely with construction supervisors and project managers to ensure program of works are completed on time and within budget.

About The Role
As an organizer you will be responsible for forecasting, managing and reporting on budgets and cost to ensure optimal project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include –
Proactively forecast and plan in accordance with the Program of Works in conjunction with client expectations
Ensure all materials are ordered/delivered in a timely manner to meet construction schedules
Monitor construction execution and report delays/issues to the construction team
Manage, review and develop weekly and monthly progress reports
Specialist support to internal stakeholders providing solution-based improvement initiatives
Actively manage and ensure project management systems and scheduling are up-to-date
Ensure that all staff and subcontractors involved are fully compliant in relevant databases
Carry out regular audits to maintain quality standards
Relevant administrative tasks in supporting the project team
Required Skills And Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in coordinating work will see you succeed in this role
Detailed knowledge of commercial management and finance principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve issues
Significant planning and organizational skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft's suite of products, particularly Excel
