About the Role:

Are you a strategic advisor looking to enhance people management capabilities?

  • This hands-on generalist role focuses on delivering high-quality advice and services across a broad spectrum, encompassing both strategic and operational aspects.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach is required, with a strong emphasis on culture, engagement, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee and industrial relations, performance management, workplace change, and workforce planning.
  • Champion initiatives that cultivate a positive, safe, and engaged workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Law, or other related disciplines along with demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proven experience in influencing and negotiating individuals to achieve beneficial outcomes when problem-solving, with a focus on timely resolutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and provide sound advice on industrial awards, relevant employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
