Business Partner: Drive High Performance Outcomes

P and C Business Partners play a critical role in driving high performance outcomes for our business leaders, supporting key People and Culture (P and C) projects.

This is a true generalist role that focuses across a range of P and C deliverables, including employee relations, performance management, change management, workforce planning, engagement, training and development, coaching and career talent management, as well as internal mobility and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.

As a strategic advisor, you will provide proactive and timely advice to business leaders to support the delivery of strategic goals. You will also work closely with stakeholders, senior leaders and other functions to ensure people objectives and outcomes are achieved.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, providing solutions and operational challenges in a complex, geographically dispersed business environment.

Key duties and responsibilities include executing people plans that directly enable delivery of business strategic goals, building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders, and supporting the resolution of Employee Relations issues.

Other key responsibilities include partnering with our Talent Acquisition team, contributing to business initiatives to optimize efficiencies, and collaborating with internal functions to ensure people matters are dealt with in line with company policy.
