Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on industrial awards, employment legislation, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or Law, along with demonstrated experience working in a similar role
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Proven experience in influencing and negotiating to achieve timely resolutions
