Are you a strategic advisor seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time People and Culture Advisor to join our team at Carrington Centennial Care.

About the role

As a People and Culture Advisor, you will provide expert support on all aspects of People & Culture, ensuring compliance and managing employee relations issues. You will work closely with our leaders to deliver practical, fair, and sound people advice and implement industrial relations projects.

You will be responsible for supporting and advising on performance, employment relations, and complex workplace investigations. Additionally, you will provide proactive workforce performance management and business partnering in all aspects of People and Culture.

Essential criteria:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a Senior P+C role, with strong knowledge and experience of industrial relations legislation.
  • Degree qualified in a related area.
  • Experience in Performance Management / EBA interpretation and consultation.
  • Business Partnering in all aspects of People and Culture.
  • Policy research development and execution.
  • Excel - High proficiency and very good working knowledge of other Microsoft products.
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently.
