We provide advisory services across all aspects of project delivery, including change management and benefits realization. Our team ensures governance and oversight across the transformation book of work, supporting strategic initiatives globally.

We also provide independent assurance across all aspects of delivery risk and benefits realization. This includes risk reduction, strategic enablement, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance. We do this through stage gate reviews and deep-dive assessments on material inflight initiatives.

Your Role

You will guide the project assurance team, ensuring all material change work adheres to delivery risk management standards. You will also support delivery portfolios and undertake project assurance engagements as part of regulatory responses.
