Job Description

Our organisation is seeking a seasoned Transformation Assurance Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Assurance practice, you will be responsible for providing analysis, insights, and recommendations to improve outcomes for major projects or programs.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide future-focused assurance, enabling them to make informed decisions about their business transformation initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate across teams, and deliver high-quality results that drive business value.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management Methodologies: Proven expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, MSP, MoP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or similar certification.
  • Risk Management: Skilled in proactively identifying project risks and finding appropriate solutions.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead project, program, and portfolio reviews, and coach junior members of teams to develop both technical and professional skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing reports, presentations, and papers for management.
