Job Opportunity: Senior Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our assurance quality uplift initiative in the financial industry.

  • Redefine quality standards for risk assurance across various domains, including SOX Prudential and Operational Risk.
  • Re-engineer 2nd line risk assurance processes, develop methodologies, training, and quality frameworks.
  • Lead and coordinate annual assurance testing and transformation initiatives, such as analytics and automation strategies.
  • Perform independent reviews and evaluations along the change process.
  • Maintain updates to the risk and compliance assurance manual.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to enhance risk frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, including assurance, risk and compliance, quality assurance, or project management backgrounds.
  • Potential leadership skills to recruit and manage a team.
  • Technical skills in data analytics, business intelligence, and automation are advantageous.
