Project and Program Transformation Assurance Lead

We're on the hunt for a seasoned professional to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge transformation project and program reviews. As a Manager in our Transformation Assurance practice, you'll be responsible for guiding the delivery of these reviews, analyzing critical project/program artefacts against industry best practices, and identifying key risks to success. Your expertise will shine in leading client engagements, including fieldwork interviews and final presentations of key findings.

About the Role

  • Lead the delivery of transformation project and program reviews
  • Analyze critical project/program artefacts against better practice methodologies
  • Identify key risks to success of projects/programs
  • Develop job proposals that demonstrate how our experience and review methodology bring value to clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to build relationships with project directors, executives, and team members

What You Need

  • Experience in project or program assurance or portfolio management within the Defence environment
  • Proven ability to proactively identify project risks and find appropriate solutions
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, MSP, MoP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or similar certification)
  • Ability to investigate the detail of a project or program and determine if it's likely to succeed
