Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our clients transform their businesses by effectively delivering change.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a background in project/program management, delivery, or assurance, with experience leading project and programs, including project portfolio offices or business analysis.
  • The successful applicant will be skilled in proactively identifying project risks and enjoy working through complex problems, understanding the root causes of issues, and getting into details.
  • A great team player with excellent collaboration skills, you will also have experience in building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and coordinating across teams to deliver desired outcomes.
  • In addition, you will have a track record of effectively coaching junior members of teams to develop both technical and professional skills, as well as experience in writing reports/presentations/papers for management.
