This role is a pivotal part of our organization, contributing significantly to the success of our global branded spirits industry portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Close collaboration with Directors and CoE Leads is essential in aligning functional commercial strategy with enterprise-wide people priorities.
- The role holder will be accountable for developing and delivering the functional people stream/plan.
- Proactive partnering with functional leadership teams is crucial in identifying organizational, talent, culture, or engagement opportunities.
- Conducting organizational/issue assessments and developing sound business-oriented solutions are key aspects of this role.
- Driving the development and execution of organizational design needs and related change management support is also a key responsibility.
- Partnering with Talent COE is vital in building strong talent pipelines for functions.
- Collaborating on employer brand initiatives to deliver warm external pipelines for critical roles is also important.
- Facilitating planning and leading the execution of global talent management processes is another key aspect of this role.
- Contributing to enabling talent management-related programs and processes is also essential.
- Leading delivery of learning and development initiatives in coordination with regional COE is a key responsibility.
- Designing, developing, and facilitating customized training as needed to support closing capability gaps is also important.
- Ensuring a robust curriculum is in place to equip people managers to respond to employee relations issues and drive strong performance is a key goal.
- Working with external partners to negotiate learning and/or development programs to meet organizational key needs is also a key responsibility.
- Developing customized individual development plans with employees and managers is also essential.
- In partnership with the HRD and Reward COE, supporting evolution and day-to-day management of position and compensation structures is a key responsibility.
- Preparing new hire/promotion offers consistent with internal guidelines while fairly valuing incoming talent considerations is also important.
- Leading workforce planning process in partnership with Finance is another key aspect of this role.
- Leading analysis and action planning of engagement survey results in partnership with leadership teams is a key responsibility.
- Planning and executing engagement initiatives to support our vision of creating exceptional experiences is also essential.
- Supporting compliance of internal HRIS data and ensuring data integrity is a key responsibility.
- Contributing to developing process improvement initiatives within HR to drive efficiencies and improve quality of services and deliverables is also important.
- Providing support for escalated ER cases requiring higher levels of HR expertise is also a key responsibility.
- Contributing to ongoing development and execution of core programs to drive exceptional experiences for employees is also essential.
This role has no direct reports but will coach an HR Advisor.
