The Strategic Advisor delivers value through the development, design, and implementation of strategic initiatives. This role supports senior leaders by providing quality consultation, conducting research and discovery, and design for new strategies, including performance monitoring and review.

This role works within a cross-functional team to deliver strategic initiatives, consulting with stakeholders across the organization to provide advice and outputs. The Strategic Advisor is a trusted advisor to various communities and contributes to forward-thinking plans and projects that advance organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic advice and planning within complex organizations, engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, negotiate, and influence at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Apply high-level analytical, strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize excellent research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, to contribute to operational improvement and best practice planning and reporting.
  • Effectively communicate and present information, establishing credibility with stakeholders and communicating at all levels across the organization.
  • Convey strategy effectively to colleagues and leadership, applying strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
