Strategic Leadership Role

A Strategic Consultant leads client engagements across various industries, developing strategies and programs for clients using data and technology solutions.

The role involves leading client teams, developing strategic plans, owning key relationships with client stakeholders, and providing analytical and day-to-day project delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client teams in multiple industries and problem statements.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients.
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness.
  • Lead strategic planning and creative insights, and deliver impactful client presentations while growing team members' roles and skills.
  • Provide analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build intellectual capital.
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.
  • Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements involving structured problem solving and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing key client relationships.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Ability to identify new business development opportunities and experience drafting proposals and scoping new opportunities.
  • Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm.
  • Relevant industry expertise.
  • MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required).
