Consultant Opportunity
We are seeking a consultant to partner with senior leaders in various organizations, utilizing their expertise in organizational design, change management, and transformation. As a member of our team, you will drive outcomes while shaping the client experience.

Your Role
You will work closely with clients to co-design solutions for strategic and organizational challenges, delivering project workstreams including planning, facilitation, analysis, design, and execution. You will also build strong client relationships, contribute to the Q5 community by supporting onboarding, mentoring, and sharing knowledge, and invest in developing yourself and growing as a consultant.

Requirements
Key qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in organization design, transformation, or change management within a consulting firm or relevant industry roles in Australia, a Bachelor's degree or above, strong written and verbal communication skills, confident facilitation and presentation abilities, proficiency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insight generation, intellectual curiosity, commercial acumen, and passion for improving organizations. Additionally, you should be able to build and manage trusted relationships with stakeholders, enjoy working in a close-knit team, and be comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and challenge.
