Customer Success Specialist

At Equifax, we're looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Core to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our core customers receive first-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet the needs of our core business customers
- Provide high-level customer service and support
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
