We're seeking a seasoned recruitment expert to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our global team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by building and maintaining relationships with leaders across various business units.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading end-to-end recruitment processes, leveraging effective stakeholder management skills to consult with leaders and provide a best-in-class recruitment service. You'll utilize the latest sourcing and passive pipeline management techniques to attract top talent, while delivering a memorable candidate experience.


Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and acquire top talentDesign and deliver engaging candidate experiences through various channelsUtilize data analytics to inform recruitment decisions and optimize processesMaintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements:3+ years of demonstrated recruitment experience, preferably in an agency and internal environmentDeep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with the ability to apply expertise flexibly and proactivelyProven ability to learn new technologies and achieve outcomesCapacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationshipsOutstanding written and verbal communication, with attention to detailPossess a passion for high-growth tech startups and a desire to be part of a scale-up journeyDemonstrate problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and deliver solutions
