Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the hiring process, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for various roles within our organization.

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • High-volume recruitment for clinic-based customer service roles
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on open and filled vacancies and recruitment KPIs
  • Executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives
  • Contribute to or lead projects to enhance the organisation's employer brand and recruitment initiatives
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in end-to-end volume recruitment with a proven track record in delivering successful and sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in retail or allied health support roles is desirable
  • Proficiency in utilising applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and other recruitment tools
