Buildability Group is a privately owned recruitment company who work in both construction and engineering With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results, we work closely with Australia's top construction and engineering firms, helping them build their teams and deliver outstanding projects. We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and drive recruitment success.

The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from client business development to candidate placement. You will work closely with clients in your chosen field. helping them identify and secure the best talent. You'll play a critical role in growing our business and providing expert guidance on hiring trends and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for an array of roles, from sourcing to successful placement.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Source and attract top-tier talent through headhunting, referrals, and networking.
  • Actively grow and maintain a network of skilled professionals.
  • Negotiate salaries and employment terms between clients and candidates.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying and securing new client opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the construction and engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction job roles, market trends, and the recruitment landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter with a passion for delivering results and growing business.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS) and an established network in the construction sector.
