As a key player in our team, you will take on the challenging role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a full-time position, working on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various accounting and professional services roles.
  • Develop and enhance the Applicant Tracking System by utilizing AI functionality to streamline processes.
  • Partner with the Marketing department to strengthen employer branding and improve candidate attraction strategies.
  • Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within professional services.
  • Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), with Employment Hero being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
