Talent Acquisition Expert

Our organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to support our ongoing strategy of attracting top talent and meeting organizational goals in full-time temporary roles.

The Opportunity

  • Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services aligned with best practice, legislation, and Public Service guidelines
  • Design creative job ads and sourcing strategies to attract top talent and meet project deadlines
  • Coach managers on best practice recruitment approaches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, influencing hiring managers and decision-makers at all levels
  • Interpret recruitment reports to provide data-driven insights that enhance decision-making
  • Manage volume recruitment campaigns and talent pool programs
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a unique blend of experience and skills, including:

  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements
  • Experience coordinating recruitment projects in high-volume environments
  • Strong attention to detail in both written and verbal communication, including crafting strategic campaigns
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey
