Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Mount Louisa. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
- Observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs to ensure they are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
- Ensure all learning experiences are safe and engaging, and that children have opportunities to develop their social, intellectual, and physical skills.

- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
