About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Mount Isa. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and development of all children

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
