About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Forest Gardens. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that enables children to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Educator and Educational Leader to ensure consistency and continuity in educational programs
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a sense of community and belonging
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote child safety and well-being
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in Early Childhood Education

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to child safety and well-being
