Salary:

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you can expect to earn at least $65,000 per year, with the potential for higher pay based on your experience and qualifications.



Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mount Isa. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of educators, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring the overall quality of our early learning services.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care services
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent), strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and a current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
