We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Forest Gardens. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to enhance our centre's educational programs
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity and promotes a sense of belonging

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
