About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Mount Isa. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to improve educational programs
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
  • Put safety first in everything you do

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
