About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Educator to work in our Goodstart Mount Louisa centre in Townsville. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs to children. You will also be responsible for observing, informing, and continuously improving our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
  • Put safety first with everything you do

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
