We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with experience working in health, disability or community settings. The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while prioritizing client focus and managing multiple referral agencies is essential for this role.

You will play a vital role in supporting people within their natural environments, inclusively considering their family, friends, and community. Your responsibilities will include leading customer service and relationship management, as well as supporting our ever-growing teams in successfully delivering our vision: to support people and families with disabilities to live an everyday life, every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, referral partners, therapists, and other industry professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to consistently meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
  • Manage our client database and practice administration system with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Evaluate processes to ensure participant onboarding and experience meet the highest quality standards.
  • Utilize scheduling and rostering skills to optimize resource allocation.
  • Act with a sense of urgency, set clear priorities, and focus on task completion.
  • Demonstrate a high level of concern for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contribute actively as a team member to achieve shared objectives.
  • Approach problems with a can-do attitude, embracing challenges and changes as opportunities for growth.
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate.
