Speech Pathologist Job Description

They will also possess strong communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff.

  • Assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with disabilities in educational settings.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement evidence-based communication strategies.
  • Offer upskilling and professional development opportunities for educators to embed communication strategies in the classroom.
  • Assist clients and educators with assistive technology assessment and recommendations.
  • Write timely and high-quality documentation and reports to support funding submissions and program recommendations.
