The role of an Inclusion Advisor is a versatile position within Organisational Development, Change, and Inclusion Team.
- Provide guidance to divisions on topics such as diversity, flexible working, workplace adjustments, and support for employees impacted by Domestic and Family Violence.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices aligning with organisational objectives.
- Manage projects, logistics, and program design and facilitation as required.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by providing accurate, timely, and authoritative support.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform policy and strategic documents.
- Demonstrated commitment to contemporary HR principles including equity, anti-discrimination, workplace safety, and ethical conduct.
- Strong communication skills for expert advice, presentations, and facilitation.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed research and analytical skills.
- Ability to complete work within agreed timeframes, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
