**C&K Moorooka Community Kindergarten** is seeking a passionate and dedicated **casual Inclusion Support Assistant** to join our team. As a leading provider of early childhood education and care, C&K is committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing environment for all children.

In this position, you will be working every Monday and Tuesday as an Inclusion Support Assistant Educator from 9.30 am to 2.15 pm on a casual rate.

As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will be responsible to
- work collaboratively with the teaching team to support the inclusion of children with diverse abilities and needs within the classroom.
- Provide individualized support to children with disabilities or developmental delays, fostering their participation and engagement in learning activities.
- Implement and adapt educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child, promoting their holistic development across all domains.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and external professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of support strategies.
- Promote inclusive practices within the kindergarten community and advocate for the rights and well-being of all children.
- Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood
- Diploma qualification in Early Childhood
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education

You will need to hold:

- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willing to obtain one
- All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment._
