Casual Inclusion Support Assistant Role
- Monday, Tuesday and Alternate Wednesday during Term time - 4 hours per day - 9:45am to 1:45pm

**_ C&K Gumdale Community Kindergarten _**opened in July 2012. We are a single unit kindergarten catering to 48 children. Community spirit is important to us at C&K Gumdale Community Kindergarten. We foster our strong ties to the local community by encouraging parent involvement in the daily operations of the kindergarten.

A wonderful opportunity has come available for an experienced Early Childhood Professional to join the Centre as the Relief Inclusion Support Assistant Role. As the Inclusion Support Assistant you will be a part of a Centre which is proud to be a part of the community.

You will be given training and support to C&K's new revised curriculum "Listening & Learning Together". C&K offers an online learning education hub and has a dedicated Learning and Development department which provides our employees access to online training and courses.

- Certificate lll qualification in early childhood (qualification must be recognised by ACECQA); or enrolled and actively working towards
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Hold or willing to obtain a paid Blue Card
- Previous experience working with children
- Awareness of the National Quality Framework and Queensland Kindergarten guidelines
- Passion for creating and delivering a simulating learning environment
- An understanding of the provision of a safe, well planned indoor and outdoor learning environment
- Skilled with documenting observations of children's behaviour and development, in the form of learning stories.
- An ability to implement a planned program, in collaboration with the Early Childhood Teacher ensuring the needs of individual children and the group are met

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
