Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Operations Coordinator to take ownership of insurance building projects from commencement to completion. This role requires regular communication with homeowners and clients, engaging and coordinating trades, negotiating progress updates with trades, accessing properties, resolving disputes and ensuring compliance with OHS requirements.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum

Based on industry standards and the location in Byron Bay, we estimate the salary range for this position to be between $85,000 and $110,000 per annum, including benefits such as vehicle, fuel card, phone, and laptop provision.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Building Trade or Construction Qualification
  • Insurance Building background advantageous but not essential
