Family Office Manager

Mutual Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Family Office division, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial futures of ultra-high-net-worth families across multiple generations.
Key Responsibilities- Family Strategy and Planning: Lead the integration of family strategy, intergenerational planning, governance, and education to deliver comprehensive and holistic solutions for clients.
- Financial Management: Apply your accounting and tax knowledge to support clients in achieving their long-term financial and non-financial goals.
- Client Relationships: Manage client relationships by providing proactive and tailored Family Office services, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external advisors to build integrated, multi-disciplinary teams that meet the unique needs of each family.
- Client Experience: Continuously enhance the client experience, exceeding expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients. You will have:
- Relevant Qualifications: Hold a tertiary degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Legal or Financial Planning, with a post-graduate qualification from a relevant accounting industry body (e.g. CA or CPA designation).
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and are highly service-oriented.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Have a high emotional intelligence (EQ), enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients while navigating complex family dynamics.
- Client-Focused: Thrive in a client-focused environment, managing multiple portfolios and providing integrated, multidisciplinary advice.
