Family Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Lawyer to join our team at Legal People. As a Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including financial agreements, property settlements, divorce, surrogacy, IVOs, spousal maintenance, same-sex relationships, and child support.
  • Managing a busy caseload efficiently and effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law, and applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and representation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Family Lawyer in a recognized family law practice or team of a larger firm.
  • Mandarin speaking (verbal and written) skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client service and satisfaction.
