We're seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team as a Director of Sales & Marketing. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and occupancy targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
- Lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership to drive high performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams in the hospitality industry.
