We're seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team as a Director of Sales & Marketing. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
  2. Lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership to drive high performance.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and industry partners.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and web-based analytics tools.
