Construction and Builders Warranty Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Client Executive to join our Construction and Builders Warranty team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients and providing exceptional service to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a small portfolio of clients, providing front-line client service and ensuring optimal levels of service are maintained.
- Act as the main interface between clients and the organisation, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Work closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future needs, proposing suitable products and services to meet their requirements.
- Monitor and manage service delivery across new business quoting, renewals, and claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage client and underwriter expectations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Industry experience in General Insurance and Domestic Building Insurance.
- Knowledge of Construction and Contract Works is preferred but not mandatory, with training provided to fill any product knowledge gaps.
- RG146 Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance or ANZIIF certification.
- 2 years industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Advanced attention to detail skills and outcome-focused.
- Driven and enthusiastic, with the ability to work autonomously.
