An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to make a meaningful impact in our Equipment team as a Warranty Claims Specialist. This role is responsible for managing warranty claims and processes, ensuring that all customer and company warranty needs are met with efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and evaluate warranty claims submitted by customers, service teams, and dealer network partners.
  • Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns related to warranty coverage, procedures, and claim status.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including relevant documentation, communication, and resolutions.
  • Work closely with service departments, suppliers, and manufacturers to coordinate warranty repairs and replacements.
  • Assist customer service with technical information, product specifications, and warranty issues.
  • Provide end-user support with inquiries via specific Toro platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Warranty experience is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Must have a valid Australian motor vehicle license.
