Warranty Claims Specialist

About the Role- Efficiently track warranty payments within the department and reconcile all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
- Process and submit warranty claims in a timely manner and in line with warranty policy and procedures.
- Compile warranty claim documentation in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and verify submission criteria required by factory or distributor.
- Post credits into the dealer management system and follow up on payment of outstanding claims.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Warranty Administration role within a dealership environment and an understanding of warranty policies and procedures. Additionally, they will have strong organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Controlling warranty parts by ensuring all parts are tagged with mandatory OEM required information, filing, and storing of parts in systematic order.
- An attractive salary package based on experience and skills ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per annum.
