Pool Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pool Operations Manager to join our team in Canberra.

The successful applicant will lead a team and contribute to the community by ensuring safe pool operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day pool operations and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team
  • Ensure compliance with OHS and public safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Working with Vulnerable People
