With our pool building division expanding rapidly, we are looking to add a motivated Pool and Spa Technician to our close-knit team.

About the Role

As a Pool and Spa Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial pools and spas. Based out of our Beard, ACT location, you'll visit client sites to carry out routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure pools are sparkling clean and safe to use.

This full-time Pool and Spa Technician role welcomes both experienced technicians and those with no prior experience; we'll provide full training for the right person. Key Responsibilities

· Perform regular pool and spa servicing, cleaning, and water balancing

· Install, maintain, and carry out minor repairs to pool equipment

· Assist with new pool builds and installations

· Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit

· Keep accurate service records using our scheduling system

· Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition

About You

We're looking for a Pool and Spa Technician who is:

· Positive, reliable, and willing to learn

· Comfortable working independently and outdoors

· Physically fit for hands-on work

· Organised and able to follow systems and processes

· Holds a current driver's licence (essential)

Experience in the pool or spa industry is a bonus but not required — full training will be provided.
