The Audiovisual Account Executive will leverage over 5 years of expertise in overseeing the execution of minor projects and managed services related to AV systems across various sectors including finance, education, leisure, defense, and government.

Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a technical background complemented by a robust comprehension of Audiovisual systems, including Managed Services, Repairs, Upgrades, and Minor Project Works valued up to $500K.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to both existing and prospective clients through effective team collaboration and account management, delivering Managed Service and Repair contracts, as well as Minor Project Works across a diverse portfolio encompassing Local and State Government, Defense, Education, Financial Services, and Commercial Office clients.
Required Skills and Attributes
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in Account Management or Service Management within a company that provides audiovisual solutions across various client environments.
- Strong Client Relationship Management capabilities, including conducting site assessments to determine project scope, pricing for minor works, and suggesting modifications.
- Prior experience with a variety of commercial projectors, flat panel displays, control systems, audio equipment, projector security, digital signage, screens, document cameras, and interactive whiteboards.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of the English language, an engaging personality, and the ability to effectively present ideas to foster existing and new business relationships.
