As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expanding its partner network. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating revenue, and driving partner-led sales.
Key Responsibilities- Drive partner sales opportunities, focusing on new business generation through the partner network.
- Re-engage dormant partners, identifying opportunities to drive revenue through existing relationships.
- Own the sales cycle for partner-driven deals, working collaboratively with partners to qualify, progress, and close opportunities.
- Proactively identify and recruit high-potential partners who can drive incremental revenue.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration between direct and partner sales motions.
- Track and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities to increase sales efficiency and opportunity velocity.
- Proven experience identifying and building a partner network.
- Technical understanding of products and their application is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and performance tracking.
- Solid understanding of the Australian sales landscape and competitive environment.
- Degree qualified in engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
